1、Aluminum heat welding welding
(1) Grind the welding place on the surface of the pipe and press the cable core under the mold;
(2) The mold will be filled with soldering flux (copper oxide and aluminum powder mixture), with the ignition device to ignite;
(3) The heat of the chemical reaction will make the melted copper cover the copper cable core and weld the cable on the pipe.
Aluminum heat welding precautions:
(1) When the wall thickness of the pipeline is less than 3.0mm, a jig or brazing should be used for wire connection; when the pipeline is lined, or when the wall thickness of the pipeline under pressure is less than 3.18mm, aluminum heat welding cannot be used to connect the wires.
(2) After the surface of the pipe is cleaned up, the thickness of the pipe wall shall be measured by ultrasonic method. When the wall thickness of the pipe is less than 90% of the nominal wall thickness or there are interlayers and pitting pits, aluminum heat welding cannot be performed. It should be welded on the horizontal pipe as far as possible.
(3) If the cross-sectional area of the cable exceeds 25mm, the cable should be divided into several strands of separate welding, each strand of conductor area of not more than 16mm, to ensure that the amount of flux used in one welding does not exceed 15g, in order to avoid the impact of welding heat on the pipe structure.
(4) Welding position from the ring weld gap spacing greater than 200mm, from the longitudinal weld spacing greater than 40mm, avoid welding at the tee or elbow. The spacing between two welding joints should be more than 100mm. the same position can only be welded once, if the first welding fails, the welding material should be cleaned up all the way to a different position for welding.
(5) when the wall thickness of the gas pipeline in 3.18 - 4.78mm, the implementation of aluminum welding should be kept in the pipe gas flow.

2, copper welding
The use of resistance welding will be the cable copper nose welding on the pipe. Copper welding welding temperature is low, will not affect the metal structure of high-strength steel.
3、Cable sealing
The connection point between cable and pipe should be sealed strictly. Anode cable wire copper core if and soil contact, the current will be discharged from the copper core to the soil, the cable copper core is anode, the cable wire will be quickly corroded disconnection.
