Intelligent Test Pile Technical Requirements Intelligent cathodic stakes need to be installed in locations where there are pipeline lines leading out. Soak the cloth pocket with reference
electrode and filling material in water for more than 6 hours in advance for
spare.
Place the reference electrode and
test probe on one side of the pipeline at a depth of 1.5 meters and within
30-80cm from the pipeline. The cloth pocket of the reference electrode is
placed in the center, and the test probes are distributed in the surrounding
area, with the distance of the probes from the cloth pocket of the reference
15-30cm as appropriate, and the test probes need to be placed around the
reference pre-positioned location of the soil stepped on before the probe is
inserted into the stepped on the soil.
Put the test pile into the work pit,
and then the pipeline cable, reference cable, each probe cable from the bottom
of the test pile side of the aperture into the test pile, from the test pile is
located in the lower part of the door out, leaving enough length to facilitate
the later wiring.
Pour half a bucket of water to the reference electrode package in the pit, then use a multimeter and portable reference electrode to measure the long-lasting reference value and the potential value of the test probes to ensure that the potential is qualified to backfill, and then press the pipeline cable into the copper nose of the M8 opening, and wrap it up with electrician's tape.

Screw the antenna to the antenna
connector of the device, the cable is introduced into the lower door, and then
the hook on the top of the back of the device is hung on the inner studs, and
the device is put into the upper part of the door of the test pile to be fixed.
Fix each cable, one by one, to the
studs of the insulated terminal block in accordance with the label labeling.
